The Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) is specifically made to address the oral health care needs of our beloved patients without dental insurance coverage. Subscribing to our annual plan would make dental care accessible and affordable for your entire family.  

By making your health a priority and prepaying your two Dental Wellness visits each year, you can SAVE! 

Enrollment to the DWP would cost  $299.00 annually and includes the following dental benefits:

Two (2) Dental Wellness Visits 

Each 6-month visit includes:

· Periodic Dental Exam $93 value                      

                 · Professional Dental Cleaning* $128 value 

· Fluoride therapy $59 per visit

· All necessary X-rays- Full mouth

(done once every 3-5 years)  $175 value 

  or

  Bitewings (once per year) $89 value

           Receive 15% OFF on ALL the dental treatments necessary when your appointment is booked and completed within 12 months of the Dental Wellness Plan enrollment. This includes elective treatments such as Bleaching and Veneers. No yearly limits.
